Payment methods

Online payment via VNPAY

Vietnamese ATM cards, Visa/Mastercard/JCB and QR payment from banking apps. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.

Card details are entered and processed on the VNPAY gateway (PCI DSS). Wonderland Tour never receives or stores your card number.

Bank transfer

Transfer to the company account at Sacombank, account name CONG TY TNHH DICH VU VA DU LICH WONDERLAND TOUR. The account number, amount and transfer reference (your booking code) appear with a VietQR code on your booking page and in the email.

Please use your booking code as the transfer reference. Your booking is confirmed once the money arrives, during office hours.

Cash at pick-up

You can book a tour on the website and pay your guide in cash (VND) at pick-up. We call or message you (WhatsApp, Zalo or phone) during office hours (8:00–21:00 Vietnam time) to confirm, then email your QR voucher. If we cannot reach you before the deadline shown on your booking page, the hold is released.

Partner bookings

If you booked through Klook, Trip.com or another partner, you pay the partner; nothing more is due to Wonderland Tour except any surcharges listed on the tour page.
