Privacy policy

Wonderland Tour Travel & Services Co., Ltd (“we”) processes your personal data in line with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and Vietnamese law.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email, country, hotel or pick-up address and any notes you give when booking or sending a request.
• Booking details and payment status. We do not collect or store card details.
• Your IP address when you book or send a form, used to prevent fraud and spam.
• If you create an account: your email, your password (stored encrypted, we cannot read it), the flights and hotels you add, and the reviews you write (shown publicly with a shortened name).

Why we use it

• To hold and confirm your booking, send your voucher and arrange your pick-up.
• For customer service, changes, cancellations and refunds.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations.
• To run your "My trips" account if you create one.

Who we share it with

• Guides, drivers, boat operators and providers on your tour — only what they need to serve you.
• The VNPAY payment gateway, our email provider and our data hosting providers.
• The travel partner you booked through (for partner bookings) and public authorities when the law requires.

We do not sell personal data.

Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections, and only authorised staff can access it. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires; you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, correct and delete your data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. Send requests to john@wonderlandtour.com.vn; we reply within 72 hours.

Cookies

The website only uses cookies needed to run it (for example staff sign-in). We do not use advertising cookies.
