These terms apply to every booking made with Wonderland Tour through this website, by phone, on Zalo or through a travel partner. By booking you confirm you have read and accept them and our Cancellation & refund policy.
Booking and confirmation
- When you choose a date and guests, the seats are held for 20 minutes while you pay. After that they are released to other guests.
- A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. A voucher with a QR code is emailed to you and stays available at the link in that email.
- For bank transfers, the booking is confirmed when the money reaches us before the deadline shown on your booking page; after the deadline the hold is released.
- If you choose to pay cash at pick-up, the booking is confirmed once we have reached you by phone or message before the deadline shown on your booking page; you pay your guide on the day.
Prices and children
- Prices are in Vietnamese đồng (VND) per person and include the services listed under “Included” for each tour.
- Children are priced by height: 1 m to under 1.4 m pay the child rate, under 1 m travel free (any extras paid by the family), 1.4 m and taller pay the adult rate. Children must travel with an adult.
- Items not included (for example pick-up surcharges outside the centre, personal spending, VAT if you need a VAT invoice) are listed on each tour page.
On the day
- Please be ready at the pick-up point at the time your guide confirms and show your voucher (phone or print).
- The order or stops may change because of weather, tides or port authority instructions, for safety. If the port authority suspends sailings, you can change the date or get a full refund.
- Guests with health conditions, pregnant guests or guests with reduced mobility should tell us in advance so we can advise on a suitable tour.
Bookings through partners
Bookings made through a travel partner (for example Klook or Trip.com) are paid and refunded through that partner under its conditions; the tour itself is provided by Wonderland Tour under these terms.
