Cancellation & refunds

Day tours
- Cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before departure: free, 100% refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of departure, or no-show: no refund.
- Tour cancelled because of weather, a port authority ban on sailings or by Wonderland Tour: move to another date or 100% refund.
- Free date changes if requested at least 1 day ahead and the new date has seats.
Combos, hotels and tickets
Cancellation terms for flights, hotels and tickets follow the airline’s, hotel’s or provider’s rules and are stated in the quote we send before you pay.
How to cancel
Call or message +84 862 676 439 on WhatsApp or Zalo, or email john@wonderlandtour.com.vn with your booking code (starting with WL). Bookings made through a partner: cancel in the partner’s app or website.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method (card or wallet via VNPAY, or the bank account you paid from). We process them within 7 working days; how long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank.
