What should I bring?

What if it rains or the sea is rough?
The order or stops may change because of weather, tides or port authority instructions, for safety. If the port authority suspends sailings, you can change the date or get a full refund.
How are children priced?
By height: 1 m to under 1.4 m pay the child rate, under 1 m travel free (any extras paid by the family), 1.4 m and taller pay the adult rate. Children must travel with an adult.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before departure: free, 100% refund. Within 24 hours, or no-show: no refund. Free date changes if you tell us at least 1 day ahead and the new date has seats.
